Compose your still life
Choose each part of the picture. Every combination can be bought once at each size, then it's fixed on the wall for good.
Size
The wall
Every work sold in this release, in the order it was made. An empty frame is still waiting for its composition.
How it works
This isn't an edition. There are no copies. I've built a still life from interchangeable parts: the wall, the table, the window, the vase, the flowers and the object. You compose the picture from my elements, and it becomes yours alone at that size.
Each print is made in my studio and blind-embossed by hand, signed, and numbered by its place on the wall. Once it's bought it hangs here, fixed and unrepeatable.
Works are released in stages, starting with a tiny founders' drop of just ten prints. Each release after that is priced a little higher, so the earliest collectors get the widest choice at the lowest price. Between releases, I'll add new elements and retire others.
Rights
When you buy a work, you own that physical print or painting. I keep the copyright in every composition and every element, including all digital and reproduction rights, so no one can reprint, sell or license the image. Every buyer can download an image and a build-up animation of their work to share on their own personal social media, crediting Rob Pepper. Any other use, including commercial, business or press use, needs my written permission first.
Your release plan
Only you can see this section. Collectors see the current release and what's coming next.
Paintings are fixed in number. One 40 × 60 cm painting opens in each of releases 2 to 6, rising in price from £2,000 to £4,500. The single 100 × 150 cm painting closes the project in an open auction, with bidding from £10,000; the winner composes it and I paint it by hand. Totals assume the auction closes at its minimum.
